Mike Dust' Fascinatum

Sleep Patterns
Sleep is an important time of rest during which we become unaware of our surroundings, our muscles relax, and our breathing rate and heartbeat slow down.

Mike Dust slept, and was somewhat unaware of his surroundings, for about six hours on the night of December 12th and into the morning of December 13th. View the evening's rest shortened to a span of approximately one minute.

Note the introduction of the camera and of light in the sleep cycle. Our guess is that it adversely affected the rest patterns.

For those seeking an extra challenge, identify both the cycles of orthodox sleep, deep and shallow, and also the cycle(s) of paradoxical sleep.
