Ski Jumping Postcards
For more than a hundred years, skiers have been building and flying off of ski jumps all over the cold weather globe. Fergus Falls and Duluth, Minnesota were, and still are no different and while ski jumping may not seem the most popular of subjects for postcards, like thousands upon thousands of subjects, ski jumping postcards had a certain vogue, and still do to some degree. Here are three thrilling postcards from an era gone by of one of the most exciting winter sports, ski jumping.

Ski Jumping Tournament, Fergus Falls, MN, Feb. 1913

Making 132 ft. Jump, Ski Tournament, Duluth, MN, 1920
