Augsburg Pep BandInstilling Pep into Players and Crowds alike
The 1930 Augsburg College pep band was organized in the fall under the leadership of Clarence Hegg, who had earned an enviable record as a cornet soloist during his time at Augsburg. The band played at most of the athletic contests throughout the season. Although handicapped by the small size of the organization and by the lack of facilities, the band put on some rousing programs and instilled much of their pep into the players and the crowds at the games. |
